You can choose your preferred metal, design and personalisation options, with guidance available whenever you need it.
There's no need to rush. The right piece is the one that feels right to you.
Confirm Your Commission
Once you've chosen your piece, we'll confirm the details of your commission together.
I'll make sure you're happy with your chosen design, metal and personalisation options before we move forward.
If you'd like to incorporate meaningful colours, opals, gemstones or other special touches, we can discuss those too.
You'll receive guidance on the next steps, including how to safely send or hand over your precious personal elements.
Every detail matters, and nothing is rushed. Your piece should feel right for you.
Send Your Personal Elements
Once your commission is confirmed, it's time to safely get your precious personal elements to me.
For UK customers, I can provide a postal collection kit with everything you need to securely package and return your ashes, hair, fur, breastmilk or other personal elements.
If you're local to South Wales or Bristol, collection or hand delivery may also be arranged.
I'll guide you through exactly what's needed and how to send everything safely, so there's no guesswork or unnecessary worry.
Every personal element is handled individually, carefully documented and treated with the dignity and respect it deserves.
Creating Your Heartstone®
Once your personal elements have safely arrived, I'll begin the process of creating your Heartstone®.
Every piece is individually handcrafted, carefully incorporating your loved one's ashes, hair, fur or other meaningful elements into your chosen design.
Your selected colours, opals, gemstones and personal touches are brought together to create something as unique as the memories it represents.
Nothing is mass-produced or rushed. Each piece receives the time, patience and attention it deserves.
Any unused personal elements will be carefully kept separate and returned to you, unless we've agreed otherwise.
From the very first detail to the finishing touches, your Heartstone® is created with love, care and respect for the story it holds.
Your Heartstone® Comes Home
Once your Heartstone® is complete, I'll carefully inspect and finish every detail before preparing it for its journey home to you.
Your jewellery will be beautifully presented, ready to be treasured, worn or gifted to someone special.
Any remaining personal elements will be carefully returned to you, unless we've arranged otherwise.
Your finished piece will then be securely packaged and sent using an appropriate tracked delivery service, or collection can be arranged where available.
And our connection doesn't end when your jewellery arrives. I'm always here if you have questions about caring for your Heartstone® or need help in the future.
Because this is more than jewellery. It's a little piece of someone you love, coming home to where they belong.
