Turnaround Time

Every Heartstones® piece is handcrafted individually, so no two orders are ever quite the same.

Many orders can be completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on the jewellery selected and whether it's available in your size.

Some pieces, particularly gold jewellery or designs that need to be specially ordered, can take up to 11 weeks to complete.

If you're ordering for a birthday, anniversary or another important date, just let us know. We'll always do our best to help wherever we can.

Ring Sizing

Getting the perfect fit is important.

Unlike precious metals, tungsten rings cannot be resized once they have been made.

If you're unsure of your ring size, simply select Request Ring Sizer when placing your order and we'll send one out before your ring is created.

If you already know your size, you can provide it when ordering.

After You Order

Once you've placed your order, we'll send everything you need to safely return your personal elements.

Your complimentary postal kit includes a prepaid tracked return label, making the process as simple and secure as possible.

Before your ring is created, we'll also guide you through your colour, finish, opal and crushed gemstone options, ensuring every detail reflects your vision.
