Turnaround Time

Every Heartstones® piece is handcrafted individually, so no two orders are ever quite the same.

Many orders can be completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on the jewellery selected.

Some pieces, particularly gold jewellery or designs that need to be specially ordered, can take up to 11 weeks to complete.

After You Order

Once you've placed your order, we'll send everything you need to safely return your personal elements.

Your complimentary postal kit includes a prepaid tracked return label, making the process as simple and secure as possible.

Before your necklace is created, we'll also guide you through your colour, finish, opal and crushed gemstone options, ensuring every detail reflects your vision.
