Crafted from polished 316L stainless steel, this charming ornament features a beautifully detailed paw print with a delicate heart-shaped Heartstone setting at its centre.
Your personalised Heartstone is individually handcrafted using your beloved companion's ashes, fur, hair or other suitable sentimental elements, preserving a precious connection within a meaningful keepsake.
Choose a natural finish that gently reveals your treasured inclusions, or personalise your Heartstone with colours, opals and crushed gemstones. Each is carefully finished with our signature smooth, glass-like polish, creating a unique tribute to the companion who holds such a special place in your heart.
Standing approximately 5 cm tall, the ornament rests upon a 1 cm stainless steel display stand, creating a beautiful freestanding memorial for a shelf, mantelpiece or other special place within your home.
The stand can also be personalised with engraving, allowing you to include a beloved pet's name or another meaningful inscription.

1. Choose your jewellery
Select your favourite design and personalise your order.
2. Receive your complimentary postal kit
We'll send everything you need to safely return your personal elements, including a prepaid tracked return label.
3. Personalise your Heartstone
We'll be in touch to discuss colours, opals, crushed gemstones and any special requests.
4. We create your jewellery
Your personal elements are carefully incorporated into your handcrafted Heartstone.
5. Treasure your finished piece
Your jewellery is beautifully presented in a Heartstones® gift box, ready to wear and cherish.
Turnaround Time

Standard Turnaround | Approximately 1–3 Weeks
Our stainless steel, tungsten, titanium and other non-precious metal jewellery is generally held in stock and individually personalised using your treasured personal elements.
Once we have received your ashes, hair, fur, breastmilk or other personal elements, your jewellery will usually be completed within 1–3 weeks.
Priority Orders
A priority service may be available for selected designs at an additional charge, subject to availability. Please contact us before ordering if you require your jewellery for a particular date.
Important Information About Turnaround Times
All turnaround times are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates and do not affect your statutory rights.
We always aim to complete and dispatch your jewellery sooner than estimated. However, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including supplier delays or unexpected production issues.
Should any unexpected delays arise, we will always keep you informed and communicate any changes to your estimated completion date.
We never compromise on quality by rushing a piece through production. Every Heartstones® creation is individually handcrafted with the patience, precision and attention to detail it deserves. Your treasured personal elements are irreplaceable, and we believe that creating something so meaningful should never be rushed at the expense of quality.

Our jewellery crafted from premium 316L stainless steel, tungsten carbide, titanium and ceramic offers durable, high-quality alternatives to traditional precious metals.
Under UK hallmarking regulations, these materials do not require precious metal hallmarking.
Gold & Rose Gold PVD Coatings
Selected designs feature specialist Gold or Rose Gold PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coatings rather than conventional gold electroplating.
These durable decorative finishes are applied to the underlying metal and do not mean the jewellery is made from solid gold.
Hallmarking
As these pieces are not sold as solid precious metal jewellery, they are supplied without a UK Assay Office hallmark.

Premium 316L Stainless Steel
Our stainless steel jewellery is crafted exclusively from premium 316L stainless steel, valued for its exceptional strength, corrosion resistance and lasting durability.
Properties & Benefits

- Corrosion resistant: Excellent resistance to rust, moisture and tarnishing.
- Low maintenance: Retains its polished appearance with minimal care.
- Skin-friendly: Generally well tolerated, although 316L contains nickel and may not suit those with metal sensitivities.
- Long-lasting: A beautiful, practical choice for meaningful jewellery designed to be treasured.
Gold PVD Coating
Our gold-finished jewellery features a specialist PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating rather than conventional gold electroplating.
This advanced vacuum-based process creates a durable, well-adhered finish with excellent resistance to everyday wear. PVD coatings generally offer greater wear resistance than traditional gold plating and can retain their beautiful appearance for many years with appropriate care.
Gold PVD-coated jewellery is not solid gold, and although highly durable, the coating is not completely immune to wear.
Safety & REACH Compliance
Our supplier identifies its stainless steel components as REACH compliant, meeting applicable restrictions on nickel release, lead and cadmium.
316L stainless steel contains nickel and is not considered nickel-free.
Caring for Your Jewellery
Gently clean with a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and prolonged exposure to moisture. Remove jewellery during activities that could damage the metal, coating or personalised Heartstone setting.
Please note: Stainless steel rings generally cannot be resized using traditional jewellery-making methods.

2. Your Postal Kit
If you need to send ashes, hair, fur, breastmilk or other personal elements, we'll arrange for a postal kit containing the necessary instructions and materials to be sent to you.
3. Personalisation & Special Requests
We'll be in touch where necessary to discuss your chosen colours, design preferences or any special requests.
If you have any questions or particular requirements, you're always welcome to contact us.
4. Creating Your Jewellery
Once your personal elements have arrived and your jewellery is ready for personalisation, we'll carefully begin creating your piece.
We never compromise on quality by rushing our work. Every Heartstone receives the patience, precision and attention it deserves.
5. Completion & Dispatch
Once your jewellery is complete, it will be carefully checked, beautifully packaged and prepared for dispatch.
You'll receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
